A Smarter Home Screen: The New BookOne Orbit Dashboard
The Home Dashboard has been completely rebuilt. What was once a starting point is now a real-time command centre — giving hotel owners, managers, and front-office teams instant access to the metrics and operational details that drive every decision throughout the day.
Modern Dashboard Layout
The visual foundation of the dashboard has been rethought from the ground up:
• Redesigned interface with improved visual hierarchy and a cleaner, more organised layout
• Better accessibility of operational and revenue insights without navigating away from the home screen
• Optimised mobile responsiveness and navigation for both Android and iOS devices
KPI Overview Cards
Four enhanced KPI widgets now anchor the top of the dashboard, each displaying live data with performance comparison indicators:
• Revenue — today's total with trend direction
• Occupancy — live room fill rate
• Bookings — current booking count
• Customers — active guest count
Performance comparison indicators have been added to each card so you see the trend — not just the number.
Revenue Today Widget
A dedicated daily revenue widget now shows:
• Total consolidated revenue for the day
• Room Revenue and F&B Revenue broken out as separate contributions
• Visual progress indicators for real-time performance monitoring
For properties with active restaurant operations, this split view means you stop guessing which side of the business is carrying the day.

Four operational summary cards now appear directly on the dashboard, giving front-office teams everything they need in the first 60 seconds of a shift:
• Arrivals — count and details of expected check-ins

Outstanding Balance Tracking
Pending payment visibility is now built into the home screen — no separate report required:
