OUR STORY
In 2019, our founder, after more than 15 years building software in the UK, Singapore, Australia, and India, began hosting guests on online platforms. What started as a fun side project quickly developed into something bigger, as he realised there was an underlying issue; once a booking was made, everything else was a mess - disjointed communication, manual tasks, and no meaningful management of guests.
So, he built a tool. Just for his property. A system that could manage guests, automate guest communications, and bring some order to many of the day-to-day tasks of hospitality.That tool eventually became BookOne.

As bookings grew, so did dependency on high-commission OTAs. To gain independence, our founder built a direct booking site and optimized Google Business Profile. In six months, 60% of bookings became direct, saving costs and increasing profits.Then, COVID-19 hit. While the industry paused, we made a bigger investment into BookOne. We made it a full platform instead of just a personal product. Our vision was to help property owners regain control over their bookings, their revenue, and their guest experience.
